Selecting the five persons in your Circle of Success.
1. Are they positive, encouraging, and energizing?

2. Do they fit your definition of success?

3. Do you trust them for having your best interests at heart?
Optimizing and Maximizing your Circle
To optimize a powerful and creative circle you must make time to nurture the relationships in your circle. Be open to their thoughts and ideas, not too rigid or locked into your way of thinking or doing things. Be coachable and willing to change. Limit the size of your circle to five which is a manageable number for sustaining meaningful relationships. Input from too many people can be confusing.
Exercise
This week I invite you to reflect on the following:

1. Name the five people that you choose to be in your Circle of Success.

2. Write down at least three things you need from your Circle of Success.

3. Write down or think of the steps you will take to nurture your Circle of Success

relationships.

4. How often do you communicate with you circle and do you need to improve that.

5. How coachable are you? Are you listening to your circle with an open mind?
