CATCHING EXCELLENCE

I've heard from persons who knew Byron well and others that never had the privilege of meeting him. Let's talk about another quality of Byron. He set the highest of standards for himself and for others. He quoted and lived by the inspiring motto of Vince Lombardi (Legendary Super Bowl Coach) "We are going to doggedly pursue perfection in the hopes of catching excellence." Paul Thompson, in his eloquent remarks about his father, said "Dad wasn't perfect, but he was able to recognize and admit his mistakes, learn from them and move on."

In addition, he coaches business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, speech makers and presenters. He also coaches persons who are determined to accelerate their careers and leadership skills or who are considering a career move or retirement. John uses coaching as a tool in his leadership and business results based consulting. He is also a life coach.
