SEVEN QUESTIONS

We have now completed our series on Marvelous Miracle Mornings, which gave us Affirmation and Visual techniques to begin our day. Now let's look at some techniques to use at the end of the day. You may have read the article "7 Questions You Should Ask Yourself At The End Of Each Day", in The Huffington Post by Lindsay Holmes. In this series are going to talk more in depth about each of these questions.

HAVE YOU EVER ASKED YOURSELF "WHAT DID I LEARN TODAY?"

We have the opportunity to learn something from the first moment we start each day. Every day is a new day to pay attention and notice what is around us. We learn in a variety of ways: observation, reading, listening, writing, doing, imitating, making mistakes, asking questions, etc. Some people prefer learning on their own, while others are more social. Each of us has our own unique learning style. We can expand our learning experience by observing how others learn.

EXERCISES

This week I invite you to do the following:

1.      Write down at the end of each day one thing that you learned.

2.      Observe three people and how they learn. For instance, players on a team, employees at work, students in a class, someone with a new electronic device, a dancer or musician, etc.

3.      Did you learn anything about your personal learning style that you would want to alter or change?

I look forward to hearing your experience of doing these exercises.
