Music as an Affirmation.

Music is a very powerful tool. It has the ability to affect our mood with a positive or a negative response. It can lift our spirits or drag us down. A simple rhythm can bring a smile to your face, remind you of something or someone, make you dance, or move faster. Music gets us moving, keeps us motivated, and encourages us to push harder. It can also calm us down, relax us and clear our minds. Music can be a positive affirmation. Affirmations are about creating positive movements in our life. Music as an affirmation can lead you to the results or changes you want.

Try listening to something new.

Musical affirmations can be used while driving in your car, relaxing at home, or as background music at work. They can keep you thinking positive, which allows remarkable change to happen. You can listen to affirmation music that has no words and simply allow the music to move you. Use your personalized affirmations and experience the difference while listening to music. Listening to musical affirmations regularly will have a positive impact on your life.

Exercise

This week I invite you to reflect on the following:

1. How does music affect you emotionally and physically?

2. What types of music evoke a positive response in you?

3. Try listening to positive music while repeating your personal affirmations. Notice how much more powerful your affirmations become.

I look forward to hearing from you on your reflections of this exercise. I am trained to assist you in formulating and living your affirmations. Please call me and we can discuss 816-213-0125.
