This week I invite you to do the following.
1. Do you have any negative thoughts about your ability to meditate? If so, then use your "delete key" from issue 85 "Maintaining Positive Thinking by using your Delete Key." Click here to view Issue 85. 2. Create your own quiet place in or outside your home, sit comfortably, and breathe normally. Simply empty yourself. 3. I invite you to spend 5 minutes in silence/meditation at least two days in the next week. Enjoy the silence free of judgement and expectations.
