As a team leader, family member or community participant, it is always good to look
at our own personal style of motivating ourselves.
Susan Fowler, in her book, "Why Motivating People Doesn't Work and What Does", suggests
that there are three skills for activating Optimal Motivation.
l. Identify your own motivational outlook.
Are you just gritting your teeth to get the job done?
2. Shift to an Optimal Motivational outlook.
Help others gain skills and experiences. Show appreciation and let them know they are important to the project.
3. Reflect.
Consider your values and connection as a leader of a project and to those you have delegated the goals to be achieved.
