FALLING IN LOVE

It's official - FALL arrives on Tuesday, September 23rd at 9:29 PM. I hope you "fall" in love like I do. Even before the leaves turn, it is an opportunity to enjoy the clean air, the gentle, cool breeze through the trees, and the comfort of a warm (not oppressive) sun.

EXERCISE

I invite you to spend just 15 minutes this week outdoors and alone. Just admire nature. If you have an outdoor fire pit put in some logs. This is an excellent visual image for you to remember as you go to sleep this week and practice your "30 Golden Minutes" from Issue 82. Click here to view Issue 82.

In addition, he coaches business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, speech makers and presenters. He also coaches persons who are determined to accelerate their careers and leadership skills or who are considering a career move or retirement. John uses coaching as a tool in his leadership and business results based consulting. He is also a life coach.
