30 GOLDEN MINUTES FOR BETTER SLEEP

Research by author, Scott Peck, indicates that our minds are most susceptible approximately 10 minutes before falling asleep and for approximately the first 20 minutes upon awakening - thus the term, "30 Golden Minutes."

Today we will focus on the ten minutes before sleeping and the practical ways of keeping positive thoughts during those ten minutes.

TIPS FOR THE 10 MINUTES BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP
Here are just a few of many tips:
  1. Only watch and read things that are pleasant.
  2. Only participate in pleasant conversations.
EXERCISE

This week I invite you to practice your "30 Golden Minutes" and to share with me your own tips and results. I look forward to hearing from you so that together we can learn.

Sleeping Man

"O sleep, O gentle sleep,
Nature's  soft nurse, how have I frightened thee,
That thou no more wilt weigh my eyelids down
And steep my senses in forgetfulness?"
