Do a CPR on Yourself for 2013

Dear ,

Welcome to Issue 204.  If you did not receive a previous issue, you may use the archive link below to view it now.  The mission of "Marvelous Mondays" is to offer an inspirational thought, a practical exercise, some humor, or a simple tip to jump-start your week and to enhance your life, business, outlook or relationships.

Please feel free to forward "Marvelous Mondays" to others who will enjoy it.

CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU

My 2012 commitment to you was to stay in contact with you weekly. I have kept my commitment.

And congratulations to you for taking the time each week to read Marvelous Mondays. I know you have used it to reflect and improve your career, business, and personal life. Your positive responses inspire me to commit continuing Marvelous Mondays in 2013 each and every week.

EXERCISE

I invite you to choose one thing you will do for yourself on a weekly basis in 2013. Make it fun: Aim to keep it simple. If it stretches you out of your comfort zone, then go for it! I suggest the following

CPR Plan:

C-Commit to someone this week what your weekly action will be
P-Plan how you will accomplish this
R-Report to someone each week on your success

For example, it could be a massage, a night to read, a night with the important people in your life, a phone call to old friends, guitar lessons, dancing, or cooking, etc, something to keep you in balance, such as reading Marvelous Mondays each week.

Please tell me what your weekly fun will be. This inspires me. I really want to hear from you.
