Please feel free to forward "Marvelous Mondays" to others who will enjoy it.

HOLIDAY PLANNING

What Is Your Plan for the Holidays?

1. Preparing for a trip
2. Preparing for guests
3. Selecting gifts
4. Religious traditions
5. Family traditions
6. Family Issues
7. Trips to the grocery store
8. Meal Preparations

9. Budgeting for some of the above

On top of that, there is the usual running of a business or a household.

It's no wonder, then, people report a high degree of "stress" during the holidays.

EXERCISE

This week I invite you to consider the following:

1. Write down the two most important things you want to enjoy during the holidays.
2. Set realizable (yet flexible) goals.

3. Delegate or even eliminate one task that has become more a drudgery

than a meaningful tradition.
4. Say "no" to an invitation that no longer serves your needs.

5. Make time to relax.

6. Make time to read.
