5th Annual Circle Challenge, Spring Home Tour in University Circle
Friday, May 8 will bring two exciting events to University Circle. From 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., help end hunger in Northeast Ohio by participating in the 5th Annual Circle Challenge: The Wade Oval Walk Against Hunger. Participants can choose between a 1 mile or 2 mile walk. During the event, enjoy live music from the Wild Horses, and grab lunch from a food truck. From 1:00-3:00 p.m., University Circle employees are invited to tour the area's newest properties during the UCI and Greater Circle Living Spring Home Tour. Call for Nominations – Uptown Business Association Showcase in the Circle Small Business Awards, presented by Citizens Bank
Celebrate small business by nominating your favorite Buckeye-Shaker, East Cleveland, Fairfax, Glenville, Hough, Little Italy, or University Circle business for a 2015 Showcase in the Circle Small Business Award. Awards will be presented at a ceremony on Wednesday, July 8 that is free and open to the public. Award categories include Best Non-Profit/Local Business Relationship, Best Start Up, Best Multi-Generational or Family-Owned Business, and Uptown Business Association Champion. Save-the-Date: 26th Annual Parade the Circle & Circle Village
Find Yourself in the Circle on Saturday, June 13 for Parade the Circle & Circle Village. This fabulous, fun, FREE celebration features the Parade, presented by The Cleveland Museum of Art, and Circle Village, presented by University Circle Inc. The Parade, which begins at Noon, incorporates the drama and artistry of colorful floats, puppets, costumes, dancers, and musicians.
