I attended a meeting recently that the city held and we now have a better timeline for when they will be starting construction on Broad Street. It looks like April is the plan to being in the area in front of our building. I know there will be times when trafffic is going to be affected; I have been assured they will do everything possible to minimize the impact on getting in and out of our parking lot. When that time comes we will do everything in our power to make it easy for you. We will keep you informed and will use our Facebook page as one of the many tools to keep you updated. The City is thinking of moving the skate park from where it is now by the Hudson Bridge to across the street from us at the entrance of the Broad Street Parkway. We have our thoughts on this and do not think it is the proper place for it for many reasons. If you have your own thoughts on this I would appreciate it if you would contact your alderman or the Mayor's office and let them know what you think. I have not seen a notice for a public meeting on the skate park yet but I'm asking you to attend and voice your thoughts on that issue as well. We would greatly appreciate it.
