Now is the time to join NAREA or renew your membership for 2013! This year will be a special one for all of us as we celebrate NAREA's 10th anniversary throughout the year. We hope you will join us!
NAREA is a network of educators, parents and advocates seeking to elevate both the quality of life and the quality of schools and centers for young children.
We envision a world where all children are honored and respected for their potential, capabilities and humanity.
Our mission is to build a diverse community of advocates and educators to promote and defend the rights of children, families and teachers of all cultures through a collaboration of colleagues inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
By joining NAREA, you add your voice to the growing international movement of those who feel a moral and ethical urgency to recast the image of education. Your support is vital to sustain NAREA's work and to grow this movement. Together, we can raise the quality of early childhood education in North America!

Where the Jobs Are
|
Designed especially for Reggio-inspired settings, the NAREA JOBS SITE aims to support those seeking employment as well as those searching for job applicants. Through the NAREA JOBS SITE, we hope that positive, new connections will be established throughout our Reggio-inspired community in North America. Here's an example of what you will find in a current listing on this page:
The ideal candidate...will be joining a team that values collaboration and teamwork to co-create a curriculum that uses inquiry-based teaching strategies with an emphasis on collaborative learning. Experience in and knowledge of documentation to record and scaffold children's learning is desirable.
Visit the NAREA JOBS SITE to learn about job openings in your area or to submit a job posting. New jobs are added frequently, so check back often!
