You can set Hoopla to Kid's Mode?
Hoopla gives library customers instant access to thousands of movies, TV shows, music albums, ebooks, comic books and audiobooks. Hoopla has no waits or holds! You can download or stream immediately. New from Hoopla is a 'Kid's Mode' which while you are in that setting will limit what you can checkout to kid-friendly titles and media.

All you have to do is go to settings in the Android or IOS App or online and click 'Kid's Mode'. This will change the setting on that device only - not the whole account. If you want to change back to seeing all the content on Hoopla, simply turn off 'Kid's Mode' in settings.
