Holiday Recipe 
Blizzard Cookies
From the Kitchen of Mia S.

Makes 3 dozen

1 cup of butter                                     1 1/2 cups of sugar
2 tsp vanilla                                           2 eggs
2 1/4 cup flour                                      1 tsp baking soda
2 cups coconut                                     12 oz white chocolate chips
Powdered Sugar

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs. Combine flour and baking soda, blend into butter mixture. Stir in coconut and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon onto buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for one minute. Place on cooling rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
