We're headed into possibly the busiest time of the year, with lots to do. The more volunteers helping out (if only for a single hour) the lighter the work for everyone concerned.

The Annual Ecumenical Kermesse (6 December)
We need VOLUNTEERS:
-
Monday-Wednesday, 1-3 December (anytime between 11 a.m. & 6 p.m.):
to receive donated jumble at the church.
- Thursday, 4 December at 9:30: to help load the vans transporting jumble
to the Big Top.

Friday & Saturday, 5 & 6 December
to help set up and staff the St Paul's Coffee Stand, and help with the washing up on Saturday.

Saturday afternoon 6 December: to help take down the stand and return materials and equipments to storage (car helpful).

Christmas at Saint Paul's
We need VOLUNTEERS:
- Monday, 8 December from 6 p.m. to help decorate the church for Christmas. Lots of fun, great for the whole family.
- Sunday, 14 December for the Christmas Reception following the annual Carol Service (19:00) at Saint Paul's. Volunteers needed to staff the reception and to help provide some of the goodies (mince pies, mulled wine, cookies, sandwiches, etc.)
- Christmas Eve morning, from 11 a.m., volunteers for a small work team to prepare the candied oranges for the Cristingle Service in the evening. Help needed with the shopping and preparing the treats.
- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day: Volunteers welcome to help greet visitors and assist with the readings and prayers at the Christmas Eve 11 p.m. Midnight Mass & the Family Christmas Communion on Christmas Day at 10:30 a.m.
