BROKER COMPLIANCE
Broker compliance is alive and well!
C.A.R. along with BRE are working to keep all REALTORŪ Brokers and the Association in compliance. Licensees under a REALTORŪ Broker are required to do one of the following:
  1. Join as a REALTORŪ member, staying consistent with your REALTORŪ Broker's office.
  2. LFRO status, Referral Agent only, no dues, no benefits.
  3. MLO status, if the license has an MLO # for loan originator.
  4. Pay nonmember fees annually, $414, on benefits.
  5. Remove licensee from firm.
Local Associations are held accountable to C.A.R. for their compliance, as well as all REALTORŪ offices. Staff does need the cooperation of the Broker to accomplish this.

YPN Committee Month of Giving Success
 
School Supply Drive Success!
Throughout the month of August the YPN Committee collected school supplies and backpacks to donate to the entire third grade at Homan Elementary. Approximately 100 backpacks were filled with various school supplies and more! Thank you to all those who made donations!
