Siding entails lighter lifting along with hammering and nailing.  This is a five bedroom house.

The only qualification for roofing is that an individual must feel comfortable standing on the roof.  There is a lot of bending, hammering, nailing, and cutting of shingles involved.

Wear clothing that is "ok" if you get a little (or a lot of) paint on it.
