Broker Compliance: Important Association Dues Billing Information for Principle REALTORŽ Broker

The time is fast approaching for 2015 REALTORŽ dues to be mailed. If you are a Principle REALTORŽ Broker with nonmember licensees under your firm, your 2015 dues billing will include a nonmember fee of $414 per licensee and your dues payment will not be accepted without payment for nonmembers. This is a C.A.R. and NAR requirement. With this in mind, now is a good time to be sure all licensees are active REALTORŽ members so that you and your office will be in compliance with C.A.R. and NAR for the New Year.

MLS Fees Billing DEADLINE Monday, Dec. 15th

This semi-annual fee is due in the amount of $210 per agent. Be sure to remit your payment by December 15 to avoid a late fee and suspension of the MLS.
