Medical Insurance Post ACA (Obamacare)

Enrolling through the California Exchange for individual coverage remains a time consuming struggle but definitely worth it if you think you qualify for a subsidy. Otherwise the same individual plans are available by enrolling through RealCare with the carriers directly. This generally takes less than half the time. Dental and Vision Plans

MLS Fees Billing

MLS fees have been mailed out. This semi-annual fee is due in the amount of $210 per agent. Be sure to remit your payment prior to December 15 to avoid a late fee and suspension of the MLS.
