Let's Hear it for the Girl!

We'd like to extend a big welcome to our own Annie O. (Ochsenhirt, that is), who joins the TRIAD/Next Level team as a client service specialist. Annie comes to us from the client side, having dedicated her time, talent, blood, sweat and tears to the coordination and management of the Summit County Children Services levy campaign.

When we allow her to go home, Annie enjoys fine wines, home improvement projects, her dog Carabiner... and skeet shooting. She's also this year's winner of the prestigious Clark Griswold Decorate Your Desk Competition!

These Kids & Their SEM!
John Wanamaker, the Father of Modern Advertising, once admitted, "Half of the money I spend on advertising is wasted. The trouble is, I don't know which half!"

Our good friend John must not have included Search Engine Marketing in his media mix. (He died in 1922)

Search Engine Marketing, or SEM, allows for businesses to serve ads to local folks who are "googling" their products and services. These campaigns are arguably the most accountable form of advertising to date. They are completely customizable, are tracked in real time and the advertiser only pays when a user clicks their ad (pay per click.) With the right strategy these clicks are converted to sales. Mr. Wanamaker would agree that SEM is "the bee's knees."

Santa's Bag of Goodies

Spokesman of the Season

Give him enough cookies and Santa will endorse just about anything, or so it seems. As he's not a licensed entertainment character, the Santa likeness is free to use by anyone or any product, and has been from soda to beer, lightbulbs to vacuum cleaners. Take a look at just some of the products he's been pluggin' over the years.

TRIAD Did You Know?

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer's original name was "Rollo". Writer Robert L. May decided to change the name right before publishing.
