How I Quit Weekend Overeating.

In my experience, there are at least two types of overeating:

1. Compulsive bingeing.
2. "Weekend Overeating."

The first involves intense episodes of eating without thinking.
People with binge eating disorder feel disassociated while
overeating and often need help from a doctor or therapist to
overcome it. But the second type of overeating - what I've dubbed "Weekend Overeating" - is a convenient, social habit.
