May is National Fitness Month and the best time to start a regular phusical activity that the whole family will enjoy. You can achieve physical fitness by including cardiovascular conditioning, stretching exercises for flexibility, and resistance exercises for muscle strength and endurance. Children and adolescents should engage in at least 60 minute of physical activity on most, preferably all, days of the week. Take a walk, go for a bike ride or explore the neighborhood!
