As you know, when we advertise equipment we normally own it. The following system is an exception to that rule.
The antenna is prime focus 3.7M Diameter S-Band system
Fully motorized capable of tracking a low earth orbit satellite
Slew rate of greater than four degrees per second
Full de-ice package
Indoor and outdoor antenna controllers
Five meter high antenna mounting platform available
"The present owners are using the antenna for commanding their 5 satellites and receiving telemetry. They are operating a remote sensing satellite constellation in a 630 km near Earth orbit. The antenna is fully operational and will be available for relocation in January 2013. Interests should be expressed ASAP and offers are required by the end of October 2012. Full specifications are available upon request."
In addition there are two fulls sets of spare motors (1 set is brand-new, 1 set is used but fully functional),
This is a $150,000 satellite system but will be offered by the present owners for $48,000. The new owner will pay for de-installation and shipping of the antenna.
The antenna is currently mounted on a five meter high platform, this platform may be part of the package if needed.

5 meter Antenna Platform
Currently this antenna is mounted on a 5 meter platform allow full view of the satellite constellation. If needed this platform will be available with the antenna.
In addition to console antenna controls, the antenna has an outdoor control box shown below.
