 RIDGEWOOD, NJ - December 20th, 2013 - Nachman Phulwani Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group is pleased, once again, to announce that during the beginning of the New Year 2014, prominent U.S. Immigration Attorneys from the NPZ Law Group will travel to India and meet with clients and with U.S. Consulate Officials. They will visit U.S. Consulate Offices in New Delhi and Mumbai. They will be visiting Mumbai, Jaipur, Ahmadabad and New Delhi. They will be in India between January 9th 2014 and January 25th 2014.
There have been many important changes in the U.S. immigration regulatory landscape during 2013. Administrative Processing issues for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processing (such as the H-1B and PERM) continue to be a challenge given the current economic climate and increased enforcement in the U.S. (and at the Consulate Offices abroad). It is important for up-to-date and cutting-edge information to be presented in a user-friendly manner.
In the U.S., Mr. Phulwani and Mr. Nachman are regularly seen on Television Programs about U.S. immigration law on iTV and TV Asia (stations catering to the Indian and Asian communities). Following the broadcasts, viewers ask questions about their cases, their family's cases or their employer's applications. Mr. Nachman and Mr. Phulwani are mindful of the rapidly changing U.S. immigration laws and they work to get this information to the viewing audiences.
