RM Athletics Needs More Volunteers to help the Booster Club - Most jobs can be done in just a few hours a month

Booster Clubs are the MCPS approved group to raise money and support for athletics.  The group needs to fill important roles for the next year that starts on July 1.  While all positions are up for election, we have volunteers willing to fill many roles. We are still looking for volunteers to do:

Recording Treasurer - QuickBooks knowledge is great but not necessary
Events Treasurer - Take deposits to the bank, recap deposits for the recording treasurer
Recording Secretary- Take notes at approximately 10 monthly meetings
VP Programs - Work with the athletic department, SGA and individual teams to promote RM Athletics
Sponsor Program Committee - Work with returning VP of Fundraising to sell sponsorships
Communications Committee - Website,Social Media,etc
Concession Stand Helper - Flexible duties could include shopping, helping open and close the stand
Donations Committee - Help oversee the process of soliciting and collecting donations

If you want more information about the positions please touch base with Steve Schuck  or any other Booster officer.  Elections are held at the May meeting but if you need time to learn more about a position, we can do a 2nd election in June.

The next RM Athletics/Booster Club Meeting is 5/12/16 at 7pm -
