Welcome to the March issue of CCC Technology for Student Success News featuring updates on the latest progress of the Common Assessment Initiative (CAI), Online Education Initiative (OEI) and Education Planning Initiative (EPI).
CCCAssess Implementation Grants Available

To facilitate systemwide implementation of the California Community Colleges (CCC) Common Assessment Initiative (CAI), grants are now available to all 113 colleges, announced Jennifer Coleman, Statewide Director of the CAI.

 
The idea of balancing of enrollments through seamless registration across the California Community Colleges (CCC) was born of an economic recession that saw colleges having to severely limit course offerings and turn away over 400,000 students.   
  
 
The California Community Colleges (CCC) Education Planning Initiative (EPI) hosted a webinar on Feb. 23 that provided an overview of the Online Orientation content which will be offered across the community college system.
