  • The experience and tenure of the employee involved,
  • The manager's trust level with the employee involved,
  • Prior practices of the department or organization,
  • The prevailing culture of the organization,
  • Policies and procedures,
  • Personal experience and level of comfort in applying various management styles to different projects and settings.
