What's On 4 Junior Awards!
Our 7th National Annual Awards in association with Konfidence reward, celebrate and recognise those companies, organisations and individuals providing the very best activities, classes, days out and parties for young families and children across the UK.

In 2012 a record 45,467 votes and 5,000 nominations were received and 2013 will build on this amazing total as the UK's parents rush to reward those providers who have made such a different to their and their children's lives! Here's just some of our fantastic nominees:

Jodi O'Connor from Turtle Tots & Liz Smale from Hartbeeps are both from Berkshire and are nominated in the 'Most Outstanding Activity Leader for the Under 5s' category. This feature (right) was in the Maidenhead Advertiser in April!

Fiona Simpson recently set up ARTventurers in South Tyneside. Fiona said: "I started the sessions because I wanted to provide a fun, colourful environment where toddlers and children can enjoy activities like painting, modelling, messy and sensory play, somewhere that they can get creative and use their imaginations."

LIttle Steps Baby and Toddler GroupSheffield-based children's languages company Baby Bright Eyes has been nominated in two categories for the What's On 4 2013 Junior Awards. Baby Bright Eyes introduces babies and toddlers ages 0-3 to a second language. Nominated for Best Local Activity for Under 5s and Best New Activity for Children, the programme offers classes in French, Spanish and Italian and is taught by playing, singing and having fun. Samantha Royle, founder of Baby Bright Eyes, said it was a 'huge honour' to be nominated."

Caterpillar Music
Caterpillar Music classes for babies and young children (newborn to 4 years) offer a unique introduction to music with exciting themes, colourful instruments and amazing puppets.

We have provided a fun and a creative learning experience enjoyed by thousands of families every week since 2001.
  • Experts agree that music enhances learning and helps babies and parents communicate
  • Interaction with other children develops social skills and confidence
  • Nursery rhymes and songs help develop vocabulary
  • Playing percussion instruments fosters dexterity and provides an early introduction to music for young babies and children

Babies are never too young to enjoy Caterpillar Music and they enjoy watching other babies and older children- it encourages them to crawl, stand up and eventually start taking a few steps in order to follow the fun with the older children. The classes are very relaxed and children can choose to join in as much as they want to learning and developing at their own pace- some may enjoy watching others before they are ready to join in.

With over 150 locations and dozens more opening soon, there's never been a better time to try out Caterpillar Music. Book your Free Trial class today!

 The Creation Station
First and foremost, The Creation Station is PASSIONATE about nurturing creativity!

We love having fun with different materials - paint, glue and, of course, a bit of glitter - but we also believe that being creative is about experimenting, playing and just seeing what happens. Giving expression to your own imagination in a group setting provides lots of benefits. It helps young children learn to make choices, share, listen, observe, pretend, problem solve, as well as play and interact with others.

The Creation Station isn't simply about learning how to paint, model or collage along the lines of "Here's one we did earlier". It's all about having a go, being inspired by something quite simple and encouraging each person to develop their own ideas.

Enjoy relaxed creative fun with your little one making treasured art works and new friends! Baby Discover classes and Little Explorer classes run in over 300 centres across the UK. Find your nearest centre and join the fun by visiting www.thecreationstation.co.uk .

We look forward to helping you and your little one enjoy a fun journey of exploration and discovery together.
