Strategic: Applications are now being accepted for funding community-based behavioral health improvement strategies. Due February 1, 2016

Plans for the HWPP Strategic component are now available on the AHW website. The HWPP Strategic component is focused on catalyzing health improvement in community-based behavioral health. By utilizing the assets of both community and MCW partners, while also leveraging the AHW Endowment's financial and non-financial resources, the HWPP Strategic component will bring stakeholders together to determine the critical behavioral health needs of local communities and work collaboratively to create solutions to improve a prioritized health need in Wisconsin.

Two RFPs are currently open: one calling for multi-sector Community Coalitions and the second calling for an MCW-Partner Team.

Responsive: Applications are now being accepted for policy, systems and environmental change strategies.  Due January 8, 2016

The Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Program's Responsive component's fourth funding opportunity is open. The Request for Proposals is available online.

The funding will support Wisconsin-based organizations, local leaders and citizens to create strong, healthy neighborhoods and communities.  Participants in the Call for Changemakers will demonstrate how a range of partners from multiple sectors can work together to pursue evidence based strategies around grassroots policy, environmental or systems change (PSE) that address the key determinants that most strongly influence community health.

Successful projects will demonstrate an appropriate budget and timeframe for their proposed scope of work. Approximately $1 million to $1.5 million is available to support four to six projects.
