ADVANCING A HEALTHIER WISCONSIN ENDOWMENT: COLLABORATE INVEST CHANGE
HEALTHIER WISCONSIN PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
MAY 8, 2015
Responsive: Submissions are now being accepted for new funding opportunity and are due July 10, 2015

Submissions are now open for the Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Program's latest Responsive component funding opportunity. The Call for Changemakers Request for Proposals is available online and is guided by the 2014-2018 AHW Five-Year Plan.

The funding supports Wisconsin-based, multi-sector, community-MCW academic coalitions or networks to work together to translate public health data and evidence into actions to pursue grassroots policy, environmental or systems change (changing the regulations, rules, priorities, protocols or practices within and across organizations and communities and/or changing the physical or material components of the community environment) that address the key determinants that most strongly influence health.

Successful projects will demonstrate an appropriate budget and timeframe for their proposed scope of work. Approximately $1 million to $1.5 million is available to support four to six projects.

To help support Call for Changemaker RFP applicants on their submissions, information sessions will be held in Milwaukee at MCW with simultaneous web-based and teleconference delivery.

Sessions will be offered on the following dates, and each will cover the same information:

Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
