Competition Closes Monday for HWPP Partners
Contending in AAMC Video Contest

Project will promote diversity in medicine and science

Partners from Teleophthalmology to Improve Eye Health among Latinos, a 9th Funding Cycle HWPP Development project, are in the final days of a video competition. If they win, they will maximize the amount of seed money to support work in Wisconsin to increase diversity in medicine and science.

The winner of the largest seed grant ($7000) will be determined by which video has received the most 'Likes' on Youtube by next Monday, November 24, 2014.

For those who choose to help by 'Liking' the project's video, be aware that supporters that are not currently logged into a Google account will be prompted to log-in with a Google account after clicking the "Thumbs Up" icon.

The competition is hosted by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), a not-for-profit organization which represents more than 100,000 faculty members, 80,000 medical students, and 100,000 resident physicians in the United States and Canada.
