Community & Academic Partnerships:
Learning from the Past, Focusing on the Future
The Community & Academic Partnerships: Learning from the Past, Focusing on the Future workshop was held Tuesday, February 26, 2013. - Los Cuidadores Unidos: United Latino Caregivers - Al Castro, United Community Center and Melissa DeNomie, Family and Community Medicine, MCW
- More Than a Pretty Place: Activating Urban Parks to Improve Community Health and Wellness - Beth Fetterly Heller, Urban Ecology Center and Kirsten Beyer, Institute for Health and Society, MCW
