When we are able to grow beyond our current comfort zone, we have the opportunity to increase the rate at which our system vibrates. It is in growing beyond homeostasis that we can change our personal reality. If your personal reality is not all you would like it to be maybe you need to have a change of perspective.
I have a number of tools which I use to help you shift your thinking to a new level.
A session is generally about an hour and the appreciation for a private session is currently $90.00.
Programs that were installed in your mind before the age of 5 may be continuing to run in ways that may no longer serve who you want to be now.
We can do more in an hour than you might imagine. It only takes a few minutes to re-write a software program in your mind to one that serves who you are now.

"Monkey Brain"
Meditation practice is something that has proven to be very rewarding in helping me to create a higher degree of Inner Peace! If you have tried meditation in the past and found it difficult to reach that state of "no mind" that is the ultimate in medition, you are not alone.
Many beginning meditators find that the "monkey mind" is a difficult thing to over come. Hemi Sync is one of the tools I have found helpful in overcoming "monkey mind".

What's Working

I highly recommend the forgiveness meditation by Peter Russell. I find it to be extremely helpful in letting go of the little things that happen on a day to day basis.
The little things that our mind wants to keep thinking about and that get stuck occasionally in our minds and continue to keep hurting us with the thought of them. It has also proven helpful in letting go of some pretty big things that have happened.
It is really amazing how listening to such a short meditation has proven to be so beneficial to me and to many others who have worked with me!

If you have ever been on a quest to increase your intuitive capabilities, get healthy, lose weight, feel better or live longer, it's time to start thinking about the food you eat.
Whatever we put in to our body not only affects our health, but it also affects our thoughts, actions and physiological processes. This is because all food has a "vibration" or frequency.
Technically, vibration has been measured in numerous ways such as by muscle testing, pendulums (Bovis units), by the energy of bioelectricity (hertz), etc. But the bottom line is that the more "wholesome" the food, the more natural the environment it was produced in and the "higher the intention" was when it was raised, grown, made or packaged, the higher the food will "vibrate."

Thank you so much for allowing me to come to your email inbox and share some of my insights with you. I so appreciate you reading my Newsletter. I would like to continue to offer you value for the time you spend with me. If you have any questions or would like to hear about specific topics, please feel free to send me an email.
I have been thinking a lot about my own journey to date. I would like to share some of the things I have learned recently in hopes that your journey will benefit from my experience in some way.
The thoughts that we spend the most time thinking are what we will manifest into our world. So, if you are spending the majority of your brain power thinking thoughts of lack, in any area of your life, it is very likely that you will continue to manifest the very lack you are focusing on!
However, if you spend your thought processing time being in gratitude and thinking of the things you would like to be, do, or have. If you focus with the full expectation that it is possible to do, be, or have what you are thinking about then you are likely to manifest these positive outcomes.
This concept is something I have been playing with and I am finding it to be very beneficial, Part of my learning has also included becoming aware of how my thoughts are creating both positive and also some not so positive outcomes. Awareness is the key. Being aware of what we are creating allows us to become more aware of what we are spending time thinking about.
We must be aware of what we are thinking about so that we recognize how powerful our thought processes are.
In August I was lucky enough to attend a two day workshop with Dr. Joe Dispenza. I learned that our habits and thoughts create within us chemical addictions to thoughts and behaviors. While some of our thoughts and behaviors are fine, others cause us difficulty.
At some point, our bodies can control us with addiction to these thought-induced chemicals that are causing us difficulties.
This is where the new tools are the most helpful. They are tools that we can use to break these destructive and addictive thought forms. Dr Dispenza' books are an excellent resource to learn these tools. If you have the time to spend studying the books I highly recommend them.
As an option, please feel free to come out to one of my Monday night Meditation classes. I have been studying and practicing and will be sharing some of the tools and techniques I am finding helpful before each meditation.

Inner Peace

One of the ways I have learned to create Inner Peace for myself is to practice forgiveness on a regular basis. Holding onto the hurts in life is like swallowing poison and expecting the other person, who has hurt us, to die. We are the one who is keeping us chained to the event that has hurt us. I know, there are many people who have had some pretty "unforgivable" things happen to them and you may be one of them. Please remember that forgiveness does not mean that we are forgetting what happened or saying that it was right in any way. It does mean that we have decided to "unchain" ourselves from the event. Forgiveness means that you are making a conscious choice to unhook from the energy around the event and move on with your life.
If you are ready to let yourself off the hook with regard to any event no matter what it may be and no matter how long you have held onto it then you are ready to practice forgiveness. - Take a deep breath, allow yourself to feel all of the emotions this one last time, allow yourself to fully experience all of the anger, hurt, or whatever pain surrounds the emotion and then allow the out breath to take all of that emotion with it.
- Send it out to the universal energy recycle depot for safe disposal and allow it to finally leave your body for good. You will be surprised at the benefits your body feels from finally being able to let go of that trapped and stored energy.
You may experience tears, a loud growl, anything that lets you know that you are finally ready to let go of this trapped energy that no longer serves you. My body has actually shuddered a number of times when I have allowed myself to let go of past hurts and surrendered them for the last time. - Whenever thoughts of that come up again, deal honestly with yourself and know that you have truly decided to forgive, let it go, don't let it keep coming back to hurt you and you will have taught yourself a new way of being in the world.
Did you know that you can only truly feel an emotion for two minutes or less? If you don't keep re-triggering it, it will go away, so if you are experiencing an emotion you don't like, breathe, look at a pretty flower or think of something that makes you feel happy, let go of the emotions that you don't like and eventually they will have no choice but to let go for good. If you have been experiencing some difficulty with the foods you eat, an increase in allergies, digestive upsets, diabetes, or any number of other health concerns, do yourself a big favor and watch this free video.
It is only free for the next week however so I highly recommend watching it soon.
It is well worth the time and may in fact give you some answers to your own health issues if you are having any.
If only 5% of the population takes this information to heart and stop or greatly reduce consumption of GMO foods, we can make a BIG impact. If 5% of us vote with our dollars we can force the industry to change.
6 Easy Ways to get off GMO:
- Avoid corn, soy, canola, and beet sugar products
- Opt for foods with ingredients your Grandma would recognize
- Look for cane sugar, as opposed to sugar on labels.
- Opt for 'Grain-Fed' when purchasing meat. Ask for it if it is not available.
- Look for products that say NO GMO,
- Shop Local: farmer's markets are a fun and easy way to buy local food.
Overall, take interest in the food that you are nurturing your body with. Food becomes a part of your body and a part of your consciousness!

How to Change your Personal Reality
| Due to the response that I received after the presentation by Ron Wensley on August 20th, 2012, I have asked him to return and make the presentation on 'How To Change Your Personal Reality.' This 16 Hour course will be presented on November 17th and 18th.
Using a combination of Collaborative Design, Origin Inquiry, Meditation Techniques, Conscious Awareness, and Neural Plasticity Ron and I will guide you through the steps needed to make a real and lasting change in your life.
Many of the emotional issues in our life can be viewed as chemical addictions in our bodies. As an example, the person that has a weight issue. Every time the person thinks about losing weight the body sends a signal to the brain which says that the person is hungry. The person may have just finished eating and yet the body will send a hunger signal to the brain. Or worse yet, the body will not send the 'I'm full' signal to the brain. This keeps the body overweight so that the person continues to feel badly. These chemicals enter the blood stream and go to every cell in the body.
The body becomes addicted to feeling these destructive feelings. When the body is deprived of these chemicals it will relentlessly send signals to the brain until the chemicals are released and the body get its chemical fix. This cycle can be broken. The 16 hour course is at an introductory price of only $450/person (20 people minimum) If you have already taken our Collaborative Design course you will receive a $50 discount. Because of the expenses involved in bringing Ron back to Calgary, I must have a minimum of 20 people prepaid before I can bring Ron in for this workshop.
