This clinic introduces you to basic run skills, running, strength work and myofascial release techniques to improve range of motion and reduce injury. Perfect for all levels of runners. Minor injuries in rehab okay.

LOCATION: Rausch Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. Skills and running outside with strength, stretch and myofascial release indoors.
PREREQUISITES: None, really! All levels of runners welcome. Minor injuries okay with modifications of program.
EQUIPMENT: Running shoes (or not!), water, towel + mat,
FOAM ROLLER if you have one. We will have some to share. Bring a jacket for cooler nights but wear comfortable, breathable running clothing.
