VFC Provider Training
 A few training dates remaining!

Per your 2014 Provider Enrollment Agreement Form, under acknowledgement #9, Maryland VFC Providers are required to participate in educational opportunities associated with VFC Program requirements.

All VFC Provider offices must fulfill their VFC educational requirement by December 31, 2014, in order to be eligible for VFC Provider re-enrollment in 2015.
VFC Providers can meet the 2014 VFC education requirement by completing the online education series for VFC Providers. The training series is made up of three online trainings.  You must complete all three trainings to receive credit
for completing the 2014 VFC education requirement.
