Project and Program Stream Announcements

This is a busy time for PA Partners in the Arts! Project Stream Grant Awards have been announced, Program Stream Grant Awards have been announced, and Final Reports for the 2012-2013 year and Grant Award Agreements for the 2013-2014 year are all due.

Check below for all the deadlines and details that you need to know.

We're Giving Out Grant Award Checks!

A Grant Awards Ceremony will be held on Tuesday October 29 at 7 PM at the Bottleworks Ethnic Arts Center, 411 Third Avenue, in the Cambria City section of Johnstown. All 2013-2014 Project Stream and Program Stream grant award recipients are invited to attend. This is an opportunity to celebrate your achievements and share news about your organizations and activities. We'll have time to mingle and talk with other awardees, enjoy refreshments and the artwork on exhibit at the Bottleworks.

Project Stream Awardees will receive grant checks that evening.

Program Stream Awardees will be recognized and celebrated, but the award checks will come at a later time.

Please let us know if you will or will not attend the Grant Awards. Respond by emailing the PRAA Office or by calling 814-472-3927 or 814-255-2033. Please reply no later than Friday October 25.

Grant Deadlines

The submission deadline for all reports now due is October 21, 2013. This includes the Project Stream Final Report for 2012-13 and the Project Stream Grant Award Agreement for 2013-14, and Program Stream Final Report for 2012-13

and Grant Award Agreement for 2013-14.

Reports must be completed on line at the PCA's eGrant website. After submitting on line, the reports should be printed and signed. In addition to on line submission the signed reports should be mailed to the PRAA Office.

Have you forgotten your eGrant login or password? Contact Becky Catelinet at PRAA Office

Project Stream Grant Award recipients must have completed and submitted a 2012-13 Final Report (if applicable) and a 2013-14 Grant Award Agreement in order to receive a grant check on October 29.

Project Stream grant recipients who do not attend the Awards Ceremony will receive grant checks by mail.
