Summer Brings the Addition of 6 Properties to U.S. Residential Group |
U.S. Residential Group LLC - a national full-service, fee-based multifamily management company - has been selected by 5 unrelated ownership groups to manage 6 apartment communities located in California, Florida and Texas.
In California, USRG added to its sizable portfolio of affordable housing units managed with 3 tax-credit communities located in and around the Sacramento area. Three real estate companies each acquired a tax-credit community and chose USRG to manage them.
In Florida, one of the nation's largest banking companies engaged USRG to manage its market-rate REO apartment property in Dade City.
Finally, a diversified real estate investment company based in Beverly Hills chose USRG to manage its two recent multifamily acquisitions located in San Antonio.
