Your support has been a crucial part of our success to date and we are very grateful. Many of you have commented on how "proud" you are of us and that we've gone so far with so little. It's a success story that is only possible with a dedicated community that believes in "making a difference" and a community that fully realizes that big things are possible when we pool our resources, talent and commitment together. We are honored and grateful to build this dream together with you.

It's important to us that we continue to finance our business to ensure success. With several months behind us now, we've been able to put together a financial picture that tells us that we need more income to balance the books to the tune of $4K per month. Below are a series of ways that you can help contribute to our goal during this crucial time in our evolution!

PULL OUT THE BIG BUCKS and get behind a great thing. It took us 20 years in the making; with your support we can get so much further in 20 months...in the wings are educational offerings and catering services.

• Loan us $5K. We'll pay you back over time in produce, lunches, dinners, educational and special events. Can't do $5K? We're open to smaller increments too. This will really help us with capitalization. Contact Christine Taylor at 209-728-8864.

SUPPORT OUR ENDEAVORS and eat seasonal all year round. You'll benefit from dining and eating locally grown foods. By shopping at Outer Aisle grocery you can be rest assured that your money goes directly back into the pockets of the folks that work hard to create the bounty.

• Shop the Outer Aisle grocery for seasonal fresh produce. When you spend your money with us it goes directly to the farmer and not large non-local corporations.

• Eat at the Restaurant: Offering lunch and dinner - as the first Farm to Table restaurant in the county we are raising the bar in our region. Come dine with us! We are committed to offering gluten-free options.

• Join us for Lunch - bring friends (lots of them) to enjoy our extensive and ever changing salad bar, soups, burgers, sandwiches and the classic farmers' plate.

• Join us for Dinner - great food, great atmosphere and full service dining make for a memorable evening.

EAT YOUR WAY TO HEALTH with our unique produce offerings and multiple size combinations.

• Join our CSA. Get in on a box of veggies on a regular basis. Introduce a friend, work colleague or family member during our spring special (10% discount for 6 deliveries to new members: COUPON CODE: Eat Your Veggies). Our deliveries are stretching to Mountain Ranch and into Amador County and Valley Springs.

• Host a new CSA pickup site in your neighborhood or work place within Calaveras, Tuolumne and Amador counties by contacting us at outeraislefood@gmail.com

• Sign up for our new CSA Personal Shopper option and receive your personalized order of produce, meats and cheeses delivered to a drop off close to you.

• We'll be hosting regular Farm Tours, Prix Fixe dinners and music all starting in June. Farmers Market in June and beginning in the fall the Educational Center will be hosting workshops and classes will be up and running in the fall. Help us populate these events with your peeps! (we are looking to fund a part-time education coordinator with this revenue)
