Greetings!
Welcome to my first newsletter of 2013 as I continue my quest to have Attitude Reconstruction reside next to Gideon's Bible in every hotel room throughout the world.
Yes, it's an ambitious goal, but reasonable when you consider how great is the need for quick, practical, effective ways to understand and work through our emotions in a complicated and challenging world.
My new ebook, 33 Bad Attitudes and What You Can Do with Them, presents 33 of the most common "bad attitudes" that spring from sadness, anger, and fear. It provides instant advice, techniques, and tools to help you change an attitude that's holding you back into a more productive frame of mind. Give it a whirl and let me know what you think. Between Saturday January 12 and January 15, I'm offering the book for free at the above link so readers can get a taste of how Attitude Reconstruction™ works, and how easy it is to use in your life.
Jude's Publicity News
I'll be retaining my wonderful PR firm for the coming year. I'm learning the art and science of radio interviewing and have had the pleasure of talking with lovely, inquisitive, and receptive folks from San Diego to Prince Rupert, Miami to Boston, and all over the world thanks to the wonders of radio and Internet talk radio.
I discuss everything from handling emotions to changing destructive thinking, revamping communication to reconstructing bad attitudes. I really enjoy offering my listeners and fans tips and instant, easy-to-use tools to increase joy, love, and peace in their lives.
In 2012, my first book, Attitude Reconstruction, won several awards, among them the Benjamin Franklin gold in self-help, ForeWord Reviews gold in both self-help and psychology, and a Nautilus silver award in self-help/personal growth.
I continue to teach communication through Santa Barbara City College Adult Education, give guest lectures, and was honored to present Attitude Reconstruction
to my colleagues at the Cottage Hospital Grand Rounds in December.
