 Child Custody: A Serious Matter

Once a rarity, divorce is becoming more common every day. According to recent U.S. Census Bureau divorce statistics, almost 2.5 million people get divorced each year. Many of these divorces involve children and complex child custody cases. According to the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), nearly 75% of child custody awards are made to the mother. Approximately 10% of child custody awards are made to fathers, and the rest involve some sort of joint custody arrangement. As you know, child custody cases require special handling to ensure the needs of the child are first and foremost in all decisions. Arkansas Investigations has a reputation for handling child custody issues delicately and discreetly.

Our clients leverage the full power of our professional investigative services to improve their chances of obtaining custody. We obtain and document the truth about any risks to child safety from drug use, physical abuse, neglect, or endangerment, and we use our professional resources to identify anyone who is legally and morally responsible for child support.
