Inspiration to help others

Hi All!

I have been inspired by Pope Francis. Perhaps you too! I was lucky enough (some would say unlucky) to be in Manhattan speaking just a block and a half away from Madison Square Garden, where he gave Mass just 2 hours after I finished. Since I could not leave for another 3 hours, I wandered down to the route he took to get to Madison Square Garden. Here is a picture I took from where I stood to where the pope drove past us. Just me and several thousands of my closest friends of all races and religions, speaking many languages, just to catch a glimpse.

Although I did not see him as he passed by (I'm rather short), I could feel and hear the excitement and hope from the people around me.

Inspiration to help others

Today, I want to give you hope. Hope to help yourself and hope to help others who suffer with poor brain conditions. The problem may be too much anxiety, poor attention or memory, even lack of understanding the world. Because of neuroplasticity, we know that the brain can change. We know that if you spent 10 or more minutes every day doing something consistently to improve your brain, it will!

Here are some free resources I have created. Please share them with friends, family, students and clients. Many people do not have the finances to pay much for help, so please be generous with these resources. If they do nothing else, there probably will still be improvement!!

The following video shows a one minute exercise that has changed so much for many people. It seems easy, yet most people find it challenging to do correctly. Work through it! It is worth it!!

Next, people want to be able to improve attention without drugs. After all, if a child starts taking drugs at a young age, the implication is that he or she needs a pill to feel better or to be acceptable in society's eyes. This video is long, but worth taking the time!

Why Am I A Brain TrainerKathy Johnson of Pyramid of Potential gives hope to the world. About 1 in 5 people have an issue with their brain - autism, dementia, Alzheimers, learning disabilities, stroke, TBI, and more. Because of neuroplasticity (knowing that the brain can change and improve), research shows that the symptoms of these problems can be overcome, and the affected person can have success and progress. Because of Kathy's passion, she has helped many people since 1999 to overcome brain issues. You can be a brain trainer too!! www.brainadvancementteam.com
