Hi Coach,

We are excited and honored this year to have a who's who of college coaches and USA Olympiads writing for the newsletter. As always, it is our #1 goal to bring you the latest in cutting edge coaching tips, strategic advice, instructional videos, motivational tools and JUGS product information.
We are very interested in your feedback and we'd love to hear from you. Please email me at stevec@jugssports.com with any suggestions you may have to help make the 4 Bagger bigger and better this year.

So How Are The Fields That You Play On?
Preparation is every. Every aspect of the game and any situation that could possibly occur during a game should to be discussed and practiced earlier with the players. If that is done, then there should be a low number of surprises that happen during the course of a game. Players will automatically recognize what is happening and know how to handle every situation that may arise.
Many coaches and players over-look the importance of putting a high demand on the performance of your players in a practice session. One of the greatest attributes of great players is that you can never tell whether they are practicing or performing in a game because they have the same preparation, focus, and energy levels in both arenas.
Our mass fungo routine is designed to get maximum reps for our infielders in a short period of time. We believe this drill will develop higher awareness and improved concentration due to the high volume of ground balls and all the different variables required in the drill.
