Patricia M. Keegan, Ed.D., Senior Vice President, Executive Coach, ClearRock, Inc. 
Pat is a management consultant and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of human development and organizational change. Her work most typically focuses on improving leadership, management, communication and performance. Pat brings her expertise to both private and public sectors from large Fortune 500 organizations to non-profits and small entrepreneurial start-ups. Client industries include: financial services, architectural and design services, transportation, high-tech, biotech, medicine and higher education. In her practice, Pat enjoys consulting and coaching with executives at all levels of the organization. She is also a licensed clinical psychologist and brings to each project a keen understanding of interpersonal styles, leadership styles, human motivation and organizational systems.
Before becoming a senior consultant at ClearRock, Inc., Pat co-founded and built the management consulting partnership of Keegan and Kanter Associates a firm focused on executive coaching, team development and organizational change.
Prior to this, she worked as a lead coaching consultant at Murray Associates, a management consulting firm based in Wellesley, MA. In her earlier background, she was an Assistant Professor at Boston University and a Senior Psychologist at Brookline Psychological Services.
Pat's professional interest has always been to assist people and organizations in achieving thoughtful, constructive and desired change. She grooms high achievers for the next level and works adeptly with derailed executives to help them reach their potential. Pat is known for asking the right questions. She has a pragmatic, results oriented approach and can quickly engage her clients in their own learning and development process.
Pat is an active member of the Human Resource Leadership Forum, the Consulting Division of the American Psychological Association, and a past steering committee member of The Greater Boston Organization Development Network.
Pat earned her Doctorate of Education in Human Development and her Masters of Education in Counseling Psychology from Boston University. Her Bachelor of Science in Education is from the University of Maine.
