Calling All Italian Food Lovers!
Chesterbrook PTA is having a Restaurant Night Fundraiser at Pulcinella on February 2nd, from 5 - 8pm! This is a great opportunity to meet other Chesterbrook families, enjoy a delicious meal, and support your PTA.
Here are a few details about the event:- All carry-out orders must be placed by phone
- You may place your carry-out orders starting at 4:45 pm
- Restaurant opens for dine-in at 5pm
- Pulcinella is located at 6852 Old Dominion Drive in downtown
McLean

College might seem a long way off, but in the blink of an eye your children will be heading off to college. If you have been thinking about saving for your children's education, or wondering if you are saving enough money to send 1, 2, 3 or more children to college without bankrupting your retirement, then please join us on February 10 from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm for an informative and timely workshop. Summer Quest
Chesterbrook's very own summer camp program, Summer Quest, is just around the corner. Camps will run in week-long sessions July 11- August 5 with classes for rising kindergartners through rising 7th graders. We'll be offering morning, afternoon, and after-camp sessions and are targeting a mid-February registration.
You can get an idea about the policies and range of classes from last year's program here.

 Come Celebrate International Night!
On March 11th Chesterbrook's beloved International Night will return! This delicious and fun event celebrates the wide array of cultures represented at Chesterbrook!
We are looking for volunteers to represent the participating countries.You can choose a country you are from, a country where your ancestors lived, or just a place you love.
Volunteers can provide bite-sized snacks from their countries and complete a display board (provided by the PTA) with fun facts, photographs, mementos, or other interesting items from your chosen country.

Friends of Chesterbrook
Your donations help support the following PTA programs: - Student Support including updated technology (iPads and laptops), STEM programs, grade-wide grants (GRECO/Colonial Days, Science Fair), field trips, as well as PE, art and music equipment.
- School Support including staff development, teacher stipends, classroom materials (WordMasters, etc.), media center support, and capital expenditures (new common area furniture and whiteboards).
- Enrichment Programs including cultural arts and science appreciation assemblies, family fun events such as The Brain Show, health and wellness programs, International Night and the Discovery Gardens.
