Don't Forget to Sign Up or Renew Your
PTA Membership

Did you know you can join or renew your membership to the PTA online? Click the button below to pay your dues. Why?  By joining our PTA you are investing in our children and making a difference at Chesterbrook. PTA dues provide or subsidize a host of education enrichment activities including cultural events, computer lab, science appreciation, field trips, family fun events, staff appreciation, staff development, discovery gardens, classroom materials, equipment, and so much more! Members get a free family directory (non-member price is $8) and exclusive access to our online directory app. This is an essential tool for every household! Join today!
Be a Chesterbook Room Parent

Are you looking for a way to get to know your child's teacher, classmates, and fellow parents? Then volunteer as a room parent! The deadline to sign up is this Friday, September 12. Sign up here or email Tara Andringa at taraandringa@yahoo.com with any questions.
Back to School Night Staff Dinner

Each year, the PTA Hospitality Committee coordinates a dinner for the Chesterbrook teachers and staff on Back to School night and we need your help! The committee is looking for volunteers to help set up the dinner, clean up afterward, and donate food and paper products. Sign up here to donate a food item or a few hours of your time to support our school staff as they prepare for the big night. Please contact Megan Dennis at mvdennis@msn.com if you have any questions.
Last Call for School Directory Updates

The PTA has partnered with AtoZ School Directories to produce our directory. PTA members not only receive a free copy of the printed directory, but also access to a secure/password-protected directory app from AtoZ via web-enabled device so you can view the directory data where and when you need it!

Our goal is to have the printed directory available in October, but we need your help!

Returning Chesterbrook Families: If you are a returning Chesterbrook family and your family's information was in last year's directory, you should have received a "verification" email from chesterbrook@schooldirectoryupdate.com by the first day of school, September 2nd. The verification email contains your user name, password, and instructions on how to access and verify your directory information, as well as access the AtoZ School Directory App. Please follow the directions outlined in this email to update your family data as soon as possible. If you did not receive a verification email, please contact us at directory@chesterbrookpta.org and we'll make sure that it is forwarded to you.

New Chesterbrook Families: If your family is new to Chesterbrook this year (or your family's information did not appear in last year's directory), please email us at directory@chesterbrookpta.org as soon as possible (please include your full name, your children's full names, and their grades this fall). We will then enter that information into the system so that you can receive a verification request email from our system, including your own login and password information.

This year's printed directory will be spiral bound with larger print for easy reading and will include a resource guide in the back of the directory listing sponsorships from local businesses that have defrayed the cost to the PTA of this new and improved directory. Anyone interested in promoting their business in the directory can email AtoZ Directories at info@atozdirectories.com or click here for more information.

If you have any questions, please contact the directory team at directory@chesterbrookpta.org. Thank you for continued help with the directory!
