We hope you are staying warm and cozy during these cold winter months. To keep us cheerful, we are celebrating Dan our lock technician's 1 year anniversary of working with us at
AA Lock & Key Inc., and to add to our good spirits we are beginning out 28th year of business.

 ContEducHappy Anniversary

In the past year Dan has made excellent strides in expanding his knowledge of all locksmith skills and honing his techniques. Last winter Dan's apprentice position began with assisting AA Lock & Key in updating Griswold Public Schools with over 126  intruder function locks installed to create a safer school environment.

By June Dan received his Locksmith License from the State of Connecticut. Soon after receiving his license, Dan became certified in Schlage Offline Electronic Access control, attended the 35TH Annual Yankee Security Conference, where he received training in Basic Electricity and Electronics, Installing and Servicing Electronic Access Control Systems, and his favorite, Lockpicking.

Dan became a full time lock technician this past summer and has been assisting customers with numerous tasks associated with everything we do here at AA Lock & Key.

We also celebrate the beginning of our 28th year in business. As security solution specialists since 1986, we have seen the world of locks and keys evolve. The current innovative security tool is a keyless entry locking mechanism that uses a key pad with a code to unlock your door. Keyless locks have many advantages. We have one installed on our front shop door, and we love it!

  • No bulky key rings.
  • No keys to lose, break, hide under a flower pot or have cut.
  • No fumbling for keys in the dark, many keypads light up.
  • No need to rekey when employees depart, just change the code.
  • Excellent for people with disabilities or wheelchair bound.
  • Keyless locks are aesthetically pleasing, available in many designs and finishes.

Call or stop by and see the variety of keyless locks

we can install for you!
