Dear Parents, As we near the end of the current school year, we have turned our attention to finalizing our 2017-18 school forms mailing to all Summit parents. You should receive your packages next week in the mail. Please follow the enclosed instructions to complete and return the requested forms. This year, we are also testing an on-line format for one of our school forms -- the Lunch Permission Form for Upper School students. Please click on the link below, fill in the form, and click the Submit button to complete the process. If you have more than one child attending the Upper School, complete a form for each child.
