BUY TICKETS TO ATTEND
Invite family & friends

Buy your tickets today -- reserve a table of 10 for you and your family and friends, or choose our couples package for two, or an individual ticket. Our evening at The Pierre begins with sumptuous hors d'oeuvres and top-shelf stocked beverage bars at our reception during our silent auction, followed by incredible gourmet cuisine, fine wines, and decadent desserts. RSVP by November 7.

We encourage you to buy your tickets online. When you do, you preset your BidPal auction account. Yes, BidPal is back by popular demand of our guests. Parents continue to rave about being able to bid without having to interrupt their conversations or having to walk from the dining room back to the silent auction area. And, automatic checkout makes pickup quick and easy.

DONATE SILENT AUCTION ITEMS
Think about what you can donate
Do you have a special talent, such as cooking a gourmet meal? Do you have any vintage or unique jewelry to donate? Can you donate one week at your beach house or mountain retreat? Could you donate a gift certificate to a retail establishment or online retailer? If you are a regular customer at a store or a restaurant or a hotel, ask them to contribute. Most businesses are happy to thank you for your loyalty.

THE MORE ITEMS WE GET, THE MORE FUNDS WE RAISE

We ask that all items be at the school by November 9. Please include the item's value, if possible, and the Auction Item Donation Form if you want a tax donation letter in return.

Drop off donations for gift baskets and silent auction items during Parent/Teacher Conferences on NOVEMBER 3 (Lower School) and NOVEMBER 9 (Upper School). Or anytime before November 9 in the Upper or Lower School offices or in your child's backpack.

We ask each family to donate a minimum of $25 toward the purchase of restaurant gift certificates, which are always hot commodities and often sell for twice face value at the silent auction. Our selections include the best of the best and are intended to indulge our winners. Some of our restaurants: Boulud Sud, The Modern, Eleven Madison Park, Le Bernardin, ABC Kitchen, to name a few.

So many of our families have donated and some have been extremely generous by doubling and even quadrupling our request. Thank you, thank you.

If you haven't already done so, please consider making your donation today.

REACH OUT FOR SUMMIT
Sometimes you just have to ask

To help you reach out and ask, download our sample solicitation letter. Take a moment to personalize it as a letter. Or use it as the text of an email. This year, all organizations will be recognized before and during the event in our printed Benefit Journal and on our benefit's website and auction bidding devices. This is a great way for any company to gain exposure and generate new business.
