Woodloch is about bringing people together, and having a ton of fun doing it! Our two-night package is designed to provide our children with an experience that fosters independence and social interaction, as well as to travel with friends and to make new ones. All while being supervised by people who know them.

Trip highlights include:
- Round-trip coach bus from Summit's Upper School
Travel time is approximately 2-1/2 to 3 hours (113 miles) - Full-time staff chaperones and night supervision

- All breakfasts, lunches, and dinners (that's 6 meals), plus beverages
Woodloch offers an array of exciting activities and nightly entertainment. This all-inclusive Pocono resort provides guests with immaculate and spacious accommodations, abundant and delicious family-style meals, and the Woodloch Experience Bracelet which provides access to enough unique activities to keep everyone entertained day and night!
- Join in over 30 home-grown social activities scheduled daily, from sunrise yoga, to fitness workouts, to hiking, to hayrides, to a trap shooting contest, to a scavenger hunt, and karaoke, to name a few.
- Explore dozens of amenities such as a six-sided rock climbing wall, indoor pool, bumper cars, go-karts, archery, miniature golf, a basketball court and sports complex, an arcade* and Wii game room and bunker, and so much more! Have more fun in the resort's new Splash Zone, an indoor water park.
- Enjoy family-friendly nightly entertainment including a Broadway-style theme show or a hilarious staff show, live music, comedy acts, jugglers, or magicians.
*Bring extra money for the game room arcade and snacks (not included).

PRICING / DEADLINES / DETAILS

TRIP PRICE:
$475 per student.
Only Upper School students may participate.
Price is all-inclusive, except for game arcade.
DEADLINE TO REGISTER:
October 14
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1) Complete on-line registration and pay in full.
OR
2) Complete on-line registration and pay in two installments. Deposit of $250 is due with registration. Remaining balance of $225 is due on or before October 26. Prior to this date, an invoice with a payment link will be emailed to you for on-line processing using a credit card.

While not required, it is recommended that your child carry a valid photo ID. Lead chaperones will have copies of your child's student ID.
Regarding medications and medical conditions: All participant parents will be contacted by staff chaperones to coordinate information about medical, medications, limitations, allergies, etc. A form will be sent to each family to complete. Additionally, pleased be prepared to provide properly labelled and packaged medications by October 28 and a copy of your health insurance card.
Trip Terms & Conditions: Please download and read the Terms & Conditions for our trip prior to registering. Every parent/guardian will be asked to indicate that they have done so during the registration process. We appreciate your participation.
